My name is Sebastiaan Dijkman and I am a Communication and Multi media design student at Avans Unitversity. I am currently in my third year and I discoverd that the best feeling is when you have an idea or vision and you make it happen.
I am interested in the way people think and what their reasoning is for the things they do. I also want to inspire people with my art and designs and show through my work the things I like to do.

"Leefomgeving"
Our living environment is polluted by ourselves. During this pollution, we also pollute the habitat of a lot of animals, who can do nothing about it. For example, they use the waste to make their own house or to surround themselves with the waste.
With this artwork I wanted to show a different viewpoint, because when pollution is bad, it can be full of colors. I took the garbage form ditches and put it together with an abandoned bird’s nest and created this image.

Personal develepment is something I really like to do. Making things you really like. While working on this project the assignment was to make something that represented myself. Something personal. I had no idea what I should make, therefore I stared to make some things I knew I liked, but everybody could make those things. Then I realised a problem of mine..

Becoming an authentic person with self-confidence behind the choices made. How can young people discover their authentic selves? How do they gain more self-confidence and how are choices made based on their own convictions?
