Personal develepment is something I really like to do. Making things you really like. While working on this project the assignment was to make something that repressented you. Something personal. I had no idea what I should make, therefore I stared to make some things I knew I like, but everybody could make those things. Then I realised a problem of mine.

I am so perfectionist that the moment something didn’t go as planned, or it looked like it wasn’t exactly going to be as I visioned in my head, I stopped working on it. I realised this is a problem, because this way it is hard to keep making something. So after a lot of trying and experimenting I discoverd something new. Drawing with closed eyes from the reference image in my head. This way I couldn’t see what I was drawing and with my expactations very low, it turned out amazing. 

For me this was a great, because I realised I could make things, even with my eyes closed. Even more important I learned that even though it wasn’t exactly what I had in mind, it still is beautiful.
